The location is unbeatable for exploring the
historic sites of Montepulciano, making it incredibly convenient. The apartment was surprisingly spacious and beautifully adorned, giving us that authentic feel of Italian charm. However, the stairs to access our suite were quite challenging, especially with luggage. Nevertheless, the views from the terrace were breathtaking, enhancing our experience.

This house is awesome.
The stairs to the room are exhausting, and the entrance can feel creepy at night with poor lighting. I didn't appreciate having to climb so many steep stairs just to reach my room. The absence of an elevator makes it an arduous trek, especially if you have luggage.

Views and historical charm abound
Waking up to a stunning view of the Tuscan countryside through the window was a breathtaking way to start the day. The rooftop terrace was an unforgettable escape, perfect for enjoying evening wine while soaking in the scenery.
However, the numerous stairs to reach our room were quite exhausting after trekking through the town, especially after a long day of exploring. It may not be ideal for everyone.

I stayed in the red room, and it was really spacious with stunning views of Montepulciano and the countryside! The rooftop terrace was a great spot for our wine evenings. The only downside was the stairs—so many! Seriously, dragging luggage up all those steps was a workout! But the charm of the room and the location made it worthwhile.

Staying in a historic building was a unique experience, especially with the charming original furniture and character of the suite. The view from the top floor was breathtaking, offering a serene escape. However, accessing the room involved a lot of stairs, which could be challenging, especially without an elevator. The lack of nearby dining options during January limited food choices, but I enjoyed the lovely breakfast recommended nearby.
